Former Assembly Member, Lloyd Levine, started a consulting firm called Filament Strategies. The name came from his leading the fight to wipe out the old incandescent bulbs and make way for the compact fluorescent light bulb. When creating his logo and identity, our concept focused on his involvement in the evolution of the light bulb. One side of the card boasts a hand sketched illustration of an incandescent bulb on a deep black background while the other side shines brightly on white with a hand sketched illustration of a fluorescent bulb. The contact information is identical on both sides and is presented with a nice clean use of typography. This unique, yet subtle design allows an interaction with the card. As people flip it back and forth, it helps break the ice, which makes for an easier transition into a more important conversation, like how Filament can help you. View Art
